- Assist in the management
of design consultants - Provide clear design milestones at 25%, 50%, 75% and upon completion
- Conduct design review meetings
- Ensure that documents are coordinated and complete when issued to the field
Construction Management
- Oversee and manage third party general contractors and design consultants
- Provide on-site project management staff to represent ownership interest, attend weekly meetings, approve monthly payments, review change orders, faciliate the flow of design information and assure quality workmanship
